WHERE DO I GET TICKETS?

WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have adult tickets and children tickets under 12 (at a reduced price). We also have General Admission tickets available (without meal) for those who just want to come out and enjoy the festivities, without The BBQ Dinner.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE MEAL TICKET?

The Meal Ticket includes general admission to the grounds, admission to the bands, free buggy rides, the animal shows, the booths and activities, and The BBQ Dinner.

WHAT IS THE BBQ DINNER MENU?

The BBQ Dinner includes; pork spare ribs, chicken, cole slaw, and baked beans. The pork and chicken are cooked on different grills.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT THE BBQ DINNER?

If you don’t want the BBQ Dinner, you can buy an Admission Only ticket. They are offered at a reduced price. You can buy other food from the kitchen like hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, sodas, and water.

IS THERE ANY OTHER FOOD AVAILABLE?

There’s lots of food available for purchase. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning is sold at the Kitchen Window (7:00am to 10:00am). Hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, and other snacks are also sold at the Kitchen Window during the day on Saturday. Corn on the cob is sold by the BBQ pits from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm on Saturday.

ARE THERE TICKETS AT THE GATE?

Because the quantities of food are planned in advance, there are a very limited number of “Meal Tickets” sold at the gate. Usually, any Meal Tickets at the gate have been arranged in advance to be picked up on a “will call” basis. However we do keep a very limited amount of Meal Tickets at the gate for emergencies and unexpected guests on a “first come, first serve” basis. If you think you’ll need extra Meal Tickets, it’s best to send us an EMAIL in advance.

There will be plenty of General Admission tickets at the gate. These allow entrance to the clubgrounds, bands, booths and all activities. Food other than the BBQ Dinner can be purchased on grounds. More info, click HERE.

CAN I BRING A GROUP?

YES! Groups are encouraged. Bring your friends, your camping gear and plan on spending the weekend, There will be a charge of $10.00 per camp site for the weekend for camping. Email us in advance to arrange for (email) SPACE FOR GROUPS to camp. For tickets, EMAIL FOR TICKETS HERE

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You should plan on sneakers or boots, jeans and T-shirts. Sandals are OK but we can get a few mud puddles if it rains. Shorts are a good idea for the day along with sunglasses, a hat, and sun screen. Bring a jacket if the weather is cool. It gets much colder in the Everglades than it does in town. Throw a poncho or umbrella in the car in case of rain.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING?

If you’re JUST STAYING FOR THE DAY bring; lawnchairs, shade canopy or umbrella, a blanket for the lawn, cell phone, a camera, cooler and extra cash.

If you’re camping bring everything above for the day stay PLUS; tent, sleeping bag, pillow, fire wood, toiletries, soap and towel for showers, shampoo, comb/brush, radio, lantern, flashlight, change of clothes, drinking water, mosquito repellent, and a camp table.

CAN I CAMP OVERNIGHT?

YES! Camping is encouraged! After a long day of eating, dancing and partying, it’s great to go over to your campsite and relax by a campfire with your friends. You must have a Member sponsor your group – and accept responsibility for your group’s behavior and actions.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I COME?

The gates open on Saturday at 11:00am. No vehicles of any kind will be permitted to enter the clubgrounds after 11:00am on Saturday morning (other than in the designated parking area at the North gate on Loop Road).

If you plan to come on FRIDAY and CAMPING you will need to have your Sponsor Member meet you at the gate and escort you to your campsite.

If you plan on coming SATURDAY and CAMPING you will need to ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 10:45am, and have your Sponsor Member meet you at the gate to escort you to your campsite. No vehicles of any kind will be permitted to enter the clubgrounds after 11:00am on Saturday morning (other than in the designated parking area at the North gate on Loop Road).

If you plan on coming SATURDAY and CAMPING and need to ARRIVE AFTER 10:45am, you will have to park outside and carry your camping gear into the camping area. No vehicles of any kind will be permitted to enter the clubgrounds after 11:00am on Saturday morning (other than in the designated parking area at the North gate on Loop Road).

WHAT TIME IS THE BBQ DINNER SERVED?

The BBQ Dinner serving lines are open from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm. You can still buy OTHER FOOD, all day Saturday.

HOW LATE CAN I STAY ON SATURDAY?

If you aren’t planning on camping, you should leave the clubgrounds by 7:00pm on Saturday. The gates are open on Saturday from 11:00am through 7:00pm.

CAN I BRING MY RV?

Yes! We have limited spaces for RVs. You must have a Member sponsor your group – and accept responsibility for your group’s behavior and actions. You MAY NOT MOVE YOUR RV after 10:45am on Saturday until 9:00am on Sunday. If these hours do not work for you, please do not bring your RV!

CAN I BRING MY ATV OR SWAMP BUGGY?

Please do not bring ATVs or Swamp Buggies. We discourage you from bringing your ATVs and swamp buggies. They are NOT PERMITTED on the club grounds after 11:00am on Saturday morning through 5:00pm on Sunday. If you do bring an ATV or swamp buggy it must be parked outside the gate through out the entire duration of the event.

NO VEHICLE MAY DRIVEN ON CLUB GROUNDS DURING THIS EVENT FOR ANY REASON other than authorized club vehicles.

This rule applies to any and all vehicles including golf carts. This rule also applies to all Guests, as well as all Members! There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
